Limone Drill, the academy's gym teacher, is fed up! As the only non-witch of the teaching staff, she feels herself to be in a permanent outsider position. The situation escalates when Mrs. Graustein cancels the long planned volleyball tournament in favour of a magic workshop! Mildred, Mona and Edith, who like Mrs. Drill very much, also notice this. Therefore the three friends decide to help their adult friend! They know a magic potion that gives magic powers to non-witches for a short time. But during the preparation Mildred makes a fatal mishap, she stirs far too much of the very effective spider egg powder into the solution. Soon the girls realize what undesirable effects this has.
